- Hi I am Grace, I love dogs, and me and my husband Alex live together - we bought our first proper 'together' home last year. My 6yr old Belgian Malinois called Kiah rules the roost, she is a complete Princess but deserves to be spoiled like one!! Also sharing our household is Yahoo the 12 (nearly 13) year old Golden Retriever, Davy the 3 and a bit year old collie, and our new addition Risk, a 5 month old collie cross. A lot of our spare time is spent at agility shows, long walks with friends, or taking photos which is another hobby we have. To keep Kiah in the life to which she has become accustomed, I work as a surveyor for my sins, and Alex is in a recruitment role during the week. Fortunately both of us don't have to work weekends so we get to spend quality time with each other and our furry family!!
Kiah
Kiah is my beautiful 6 year old Malinois, who loves her agility and is in Grade 6 where I think we will stay, but we are getting to grips with it! She has excellent drive for her tuggy toys, and she is good at her tricks for food. She is completely nuts when working so has no self preservation!! She likes to please, and hates being told off. At home she is very lazy, cuddly, soppy and lovable and I wouldn't change her for anything. Dog in a million, love my Kiah Pie!
Yahoo
Yahoo is our old-boy Golden Retriever, he's 12 and a half and from working lines directly from Belgium, hence the 'proper' handsome golden colour! He is very young at heart though showing his age now, still loves to death roll on his toys. He loves everyone and everything, especially a tennis ball or stick, and has the most perfect temperament. When wet, he does have the typical 'retriever' smell though!
Davy
Davy is our ManyTears rescue collie boy who joined us at Easter '10. He has great markings with a blue eye on his white side, and brown eye on his brown side, and is very friendly to everyone. As no one knows his exact age we decided his birthday is Oct 1st so he has just had his 3rd birthday, and he is a fast learner - when he wants to be! He is in training for agility with Alex, and coming on really well!! Davy and Kiah are best friends, its lovely to see they get on fabulously. His favourite pastime though - is sleeping, he is very lazy!
Risk
Risk is our newest addition and is now 13 weeks old. He is another ManyTears puppy (like Davy) and we think he is a collie x kelpie. He has a fantastic attitude, very confident and loves to play with his toys which is great. I will be updating as he grows up!!
